  • Name2. The development shall not commence until approval of the following reserved matters has been obtained in writing from the LPA:a) Siting, levels, design & external appearance of all buildings, incl a schedule of the types and colours of materials to be used in external finishes;b) Means of access by vehicle, cycle and foot including detailed road layout &parking for the dwellingsc) A landscaping scheme, incl details of all trees & hedgerows to be retained, full planting specification, protection of trees & hedges during development, services above and below ground, levels and contours. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted; d) Treatment of all hard surfaced areas, including types and colours of materials, & street furniture;e) All boundary treatment including design height & materials;f) Full details of acoustic fencing along the boundaries of the access drive with neighbouring properties;6. The landscaping scheme referred to in condition 3 above shall be fully completed, in accordance with the details agreed under the terms of condition 3, in the 1st planting & seeding seasons following the 1st occupation of any part of that phase of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the LPA.
